What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a method of fulfillment, where a supplier picks, packs, and ships individual products directly to customers. It’s a common fulfillment method used on e-commerce platforms, where suppliers will hold and manage their own inventory.

Here’s how it works with Wayfair

A customer orders your product on Wayfair, and the purchase order will be sent directly to your dropshipping warehouse to manage the order. You then pick, pack, and prepare to send the order directly to the customer.
